Custom Brick & Stone Co., Inc., the West family, has been restoring and preserving historic homes, businesses, monuments, statues, sculptures and structures in neighborhoods all over the Tri-State area for over 30 years now.  At the center of their business is 2nd generation Master Mason John West Sr., 3rd Generation Master Masons John Jr. and James West, apprentice Marcus West, and Lead Project Manager/Foreman Richard Gobart.  John Sr., who started the company on his own in the 1990's, was taught the trade by his father, Jack West.  Together, they have been serving your local masonry needs for over 65 years!

"We are extremely proud to be family established, owned and operated, and we fully intend to keep doing business the right way as repeatedly insisted by my father," 3rd generation Master Mason James West said.  John Sr., his sons, John Jr., James and Marcus, and Richard operate the home-grown family-owned business, with the late, great, Grandpa Jack having added his knowledge and expertise on most projects.  If you've visited or lived in Keokuk, Ft. Madison, or Burlington, Iowa, and every little town in-between, then you've probably driven or walked past a home, business, monument, statue, sculpture or structure that has been restored, preserved, or enhanced by the West family!  Their years of experience, pride in their craft, and love of historic structures is and always will be evident in every job they do.
